To elevate and enhance the auditorium's impact, we are envisioning a renovation designed to modernize the space, improve accessibility, integrate advanced technology, and create a comfortable and effective learning environment. The proposed renovation of the Kevin P. Reilly, Sr. Auditorium is a strategic investment in Pennington Biomedical Research Center's future success and prestige in Baton Rouge, all while honoring the legacy of the Reilly family.

State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, such as high-definition projectors, large screens, cameras, and sound systems, will enhance the delivery of lectures and presentations. Modern interior standards will include integrated power outlets and Wi-Fi access, allowing students and faculty to use laptops and other devices seamlessly.
Updated interiors will incorporate features that make the space accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. This includes ramps, wider aisles, and designated seating areas.
Future-Proofing
Updating the Reilly Auditorium allows the institution to incorporate current best practices and anticipate future needs, ensuring the space remains functional and relevant for years to come.
