Some clients may require our involvement from the earliest preconstruction phase, while others are further along in their process. This is why we’ve developed an approach that is both flexible and streamlined, allowing us to deliver a project that meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
1 | PRECON
Starts with understanding our clients’ goals and establishing the parameters for a detailed control budget. We collaborate with all stakeholders and use our proven lean preconstruction tools, technology, and bench mark data to be within budget and keep the project on track.
2 | VDC/BIM
Collaborating closely with the owner(s) and design team(s) to refine drawings, establish/ update the BIM model, and ensure all systems are fully coordinated.
6 | WARRANTY
Post-occupancy support ensures clients receive efficient solutions for any warranty items. Our software streamlines tracking and resolution, creating a simplified experience for the client.
5 | CLOSEOUT
Final inspections, system commissioning, and punch list resolution are completed to ensure compliance with local regulations and owner(s)’ expectations. Updated as-built documentation, operational manuals, and training are provided for a seamless project turnover.
4 | CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION
Safety and quality control protocols drive our construction efforts. Our proactive planning ensures on time and on budget projects all while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
3 | MOBILIZATION
Kickoff meetings set the stage for success as we establish communication protocols, prepare the site, conduct safety training, finalize contracts, and begin procuring key materials, with special attention to long-lead items.
