June 2022 Newsletter Half way through 2022 and we are already making headway in Recovering Recovery! Our Recovery Community has suffered many great losses in recent years, but thanks to your support we continue to serve those in recovery from the deadly disease of substance use disorder. The Zone continues to welcome over 5,000 visits and serves over 2,000 meals per month. A BIG thank you to our wonderful donors for all the of generous support they have shown us which allows The Zone to continue to provide free services to those in recovery. Whether you make a one time donation or a recurring donation, you are making a huge impact!

Another great way to support The Davis Direction Foundation and The Zone is to donate or shop at our wonderful thrift stores. All profits and proceeds go toward helping the Zone continue to Fight Addiction and Fuel Recovery. Thank you so much for your continued kindness!

OUT IN THE COMMUNITY The Zone team had the honor of providing a presentation about our thriving recovery community during The Advancing Connections for Recovery Conference at Kennesaw State University!

Re-Zoned

Re-Zoned Thrift Store, ReZoned Boutique, and Re-Zoned Gifts & Apparel are open Monday through Saturday 9am-6pm. We offer pick ups and deliveries! Your support helps The Zone continue to Fight Addiction and Fuel Recovery. Shop with us or donate to help support The Zone!

Sober Activities at The Zone There is so much to do at The Zone. We have a computer lab, music room, art room, meeting room, full gym, and recreational room including a pool table, foosball, and a relaxing area to watch a movie with your friends! We have an amazing recovery community at The Zone, we encourage you to come see us again or take a tour if it's your first time here!

THE COOKING COMMISSIONERS

These wonderful men cook a feast for the recovery community at The Zone several times every year. In May they made a delicious Italian inspired dinner complete with dessert! Everyone enjoyed this AMAZING meal and we are looking forward to the next time "The Cooking Commissioners" come back to The Zone which will be on July 24th!
