This workshop employs structured collaborative processes that speed the development of a cloud strategy, and align your organization’s mission and requirements to the benefits of a cloud transformation. As the industry has discovered, the cloud delivers unparalleled agility, efficiency and innovation, but only when implemented through a clear cloud strategy that aligns the organization’s mission with the deliverables and benefits of cloud technologies. Capgemini helps clients accelerate that strategy development and associated decision making process through the use of the ASE. Our ASE-based approach is a leading practice in the industry, and has proven successful in helping clients to reach decisions and to align technology initiatives with business goals through a two to five day ASE event, as opposed to 3-9 months using traditional methods.

In preparation for your ASE for Cloud event, our team will help set the stage for your DesignShop® by working with the various participants and stakeholders in your organization. We want to understand “what would you like to do if given no shortage of resources?” provided by the cloud, and focus more importantly back to the fundamental mission of your organization.
