Decentralised Government Offices, Dundalk, County Louth Prior to the formation of BCDH Architects, on behalf of Brian O’ Halloran Architects, David Craig acted as the Project Architect for the new decentralized government offices project in Dundalk. The development extending to 9000sqm housed some 8 distinct departments which had been either relocated from Dublin or were already located locally but desperately. The project was won in a design and build competition run by the OPW in a team fronted by John Sisk & Sons Ltd and delivered ahead of schedule.
