Bolands Mills- mixed use development Our proposal for this strategically and historically important site focuses on opening open the ground level of the site to encourage as much public access as possible to the new squares and plazas proposed as part of this development. The proposal is for a mixed use development of approximately 35,000 square meters over 15 floors.
