Dear Mr. Anderson, My name is David Thorneycroft and represent Treo Holdings LLC in which I am a member as are my brothers Darren, (David) then Scott. I’d like to say: the AMNW show is a great, Portland-iconic staple of a show, and I watch every morning. Thank you to you, Helen and the AMNW staff. I’ve taken the liberty to begin a project to address the concern for affordable housing in Portland, OR in order to build micro-affordable apartment dwellings on SE Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard & SE Hawthorne Boulevard. I've also taken the liberty to send letters to thousands of Hollywood entertainers, actors, singers and dancers, appealing to them for help with this wonderfully, delicate project, currently I am a lone volunteer. Next, I’d like to say: I’d be immensely appreciative, and quite honored, if you could be my mentor for an upcoming function to benefit the Portland housing woes. If nothing else, a level head during presentations, and a sane man that kills me when bad thinking, and bad execution, hits the fan. January 23, 2016, 12-5 pm, event before the Blazers vs. Lakers, (tipoff 7:30 pm). There will be a post-game venue, too. The fund-raising event will be in the Portland area, official RSVP invitations to follow. I’ve requested the Woodburn, OR School District the use of their HS gym and cafeteria; a great time for new business to display selections and meet and greet agricultural farmers and such. In the meantime, the project needs relationships with dedicated volunteer neighbors to establish neighborships (relationships with our neighbors). Those in children’s education, agricultural farming and producing crop can prepare lessons to be taught at the rooftop level. And, to learn of Cesar Chavez in the same lesson plan, a teacher is made effective for the mission. All missions need a flock of volunteer doves.

Enclosed is my letter to the First Lady of the United States with my plea on behalf of the citizens of Portland, for help in providing lower income workers an opportunity to live with dignity in apartments that will be historical in nature, fresh and new. Any input can be sent to me. Any fuel to the fire is certainly appreciated. Collaboration and networking are the main ingredients to the success of Cesar Apartments. And please, do not accept this invitation if you have plans or your medical condition persists. Thank you for your concerns on this issue and for your time.

Sincerely,

David Thorneycroft
