aggiunto il traguardo dei 40 di attività, CO.MA.DI.S ha al proprio attiva una gamma ampia di intubettatrici per i settori farmaceutico, cosmetico, chimico e alimentare, comparti a cui offre sia linee complete (incluse astucciatrici e soluzioni di fine linea) sia macchine stand alone. Come ha ricordato Sandro Spinello (AD dell’azienda, entrata nel Gruppo Ima nel 2001) sono oltre 3.000 le intubettatrici prodotte ed esportate dall’azienda in tutto il mondo, insieme - è ovvio - al significativo bagaglio di competenze che le hanno consentito di sviluppare una serie di macchine allo stato dell’arte, complete per tipologie e velocità. Il nuovo - Tra le proposte esposte a Senago, CO.MA.DI.S. voleva richiamare l’attenzione sulla linea completa composta dalla nuova intubettatrice lineare CD Linear collegata tramite un sistema robotizzato all’astucciatrice orizzontale a movimenti continui FLEXA CSD; a completamento, l’inedita fardellatrice MS250A e il tunnel per termoretrazione T450: un sistema concepito per rispondere alle esigenze di elevato profilo qualitativo espresse dalle industrie farmaceutiche e cosmetiche. • CD Linear interpreta il tema della macchina intubettatrice lineare con esecuzione “in linea” con le qualità e le prerogative che l’hanno resa famosa nel mondo: accessibilità, semplicità nelle sequenze di cambio formato, rapido smontaggio delle parti a contatto prodotto e logica di controllo intuitiva ed efficace. What’s new - Of the proposals shown at Senago, CO.MA.DI.S. wished to focus attention on the complete line composed by the new CD linear tube-filling machine connected via robotised system to the horizontal continuous motion cartoning machine FLEXA CSD; to complete it, the new MS250A bundling machine and T450 heatshrink tunnel: a system conceived to respond to the requirements for high quality profile of the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. • CD Linear interprets the theme of the linear tube-filling machine with in line execution with the qualities and prerogatives that have made it famous worldwide: accessibility, simplicity in changeover sequences, rapid disassembly of the parts in contact with the product and intuitive and effective
Having reached its 40th year of activity, CO.MA.DI.S can boast a wide range of tube-filling machines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical and food sectors, areas for which it offers both complete lines (including cartoning machines and end of line solutions) and stand alone machines. As Sandro Spinello reminded us (the concern’s AD, entry into the Ima group in 2001), the concern produces and exports more than 3,000 tube-filling machines worldwide, along with - of course the ample competencies that have enabled the concern to develop a series of state-of-the-art machines, complete in type and speed. At the foundation of its competitiveness, recognized by the market, lie the

characteristics which all CO.MA.DI.S systems have in common: easy changeover, handy disassembly of parts in contact with the product, excellent repeatability in alternating folding/sealing technologies, high flexibility of use. During the course of the open house, representatives from more than seventy participating concerns not only had an opportunity to experience firsthand and discuss with experts and technicians the developments in tube packaging: beyond the technological advances, CO.MA.DI.S indeed managed to show the added value of an open dialogue, fundamental to any successful business relationship. Scandolara, a leader in the production of deformable tubes, was
control logic. A new machine, designed through the eyes of the operator: all functions are visible, perceivable, easy to control and manage. Inspired by rigorous logic, it offers outstanding performance and maximum reliability.
