At Dart, we don’t just talk about sustainability – it’s at the heart of everything we do. In a world where ESG standards are integral to doing business, Dart offers the opportunity to lease LEED® certified commercial buildings and benefit from sustainable development practices, annual reporting and benchmarking already in place at Camana Bay.

We recognize our responsibility to consider sustainability in our investments, assets, and operations and evaluate the impacts of our portfolio to create stronger foundations for our future.

Some of our sustainability highlights:

• Save 17.8m gallons of water per year

• Reduction of 77 mt.CO2e of carbon dioxide each year

• 11% of Cayman’s total solar production

• LEED® and Fitwel® accreditations

• Water-cooled chillers are 35-50% more efficient than aircooled

Camana Bay office spaces can be up to 50% more efficient than older buildings in the Cayman Islands, resulting in significant annual cost savings.

We are a leading authority on construction site safety in the Cayman Islands and have a proven track record of implementing robust health, safety and environment (HSE) protocols on all our job sites. These protocols seek to engage all who work on or visit our jobs, including the surrounding community, and strive to:
