• 1 cup - Hot Milk • 1 ¼ cup - Sugar • 1/3 TSP - Green Cardamom powder

• 20 Gm - Almond for Garnish • 1/3 cup grated - Khoya (mawa)

Wash dal in running cold water after washing soak it in water for 1 hour. After draining it, blend it in a mixer and make a smooth paste without using water. Take Wok and heat ghee in it and put yellow dal paste and cook on a medium heat for 30 minute and keep on stirring until golden brown. Take milk and a cup of warm water then mix well add VDIIURQ DQG FRRN RQ D PHGLXP KHDW IRU WR PLQXWH Add the sugar mix well and cook in medium heat for 2 minute. After that add Khoya, cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for 1 minute and keep on stirring. Garnish with almonds and serve hot.
