Delivering best practices and highly applicable team-building skills, the Accelerated Leadership Experience (ALX) offers a three-day retreat plus four half-days online. The Denver Leadership Experience (DLX) is an in-person, transformational workshop designed to challenge experienced managers to think and perform differently in order to reach their leadership potential. Take your leadership to a new level with research-based and applicable learnings from expert faculty at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
The High Performance Leadership Program (HPL) is a mini-MBA designed for the working leader of today. This flexible program allows you to work at your own pace and according to your own schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
The High Performance Leadership Program has three components:
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE BUSINESS ACUMEN
Participants join a leadership program, either an Executive Education public program or one of many Executive Education custom leadership programs available through their place of work.
Participants expand their skill-set by gaining industry-relevant technical knowledge. They complete two business skill or family enterprise workshops.
BUILDING TEAMS
Participants deepen their emotional, social, and organizational intelligence by completing the Building Teams and Organizations Using Insights Discovery® workshop.
Upon completion of the program, participants receive a digital badge, a clickable image that houses information validating skills learned, that can be shared on social media, digital resumes, and e-portfolios to increase marketability.
FAMILY ENTERPRISE
WORKSHOPS
Cultivating Family Legacy: Wealth 3.0
Three-day workshop offered in spring

Learn to leverage the building blocks needed to build multigenerational wealth in this threeday workshop. Participants will join a group of carefully selected individuals from families of wealth and family office executives who share similar issues. A Family Office Leadership microcredential is available to those wishing to combine this workshop with other programs.
Bailey Family Business Essentials Workshop
Three-day workshop offered in spring Cost: $1,980
This workshop provides a broad perspective on the systemic areas impacting family business in order to cultivate agility and deepen working knowledge about governance, finance and wealth, philanthropy, investments, law and taxes and more—all within the context of the family system. A Family Business Leadership micro-credential is available to those wishing to combine this workshop with other programs.
ABOUT THE BAILEY PROGRAM FOR FAMILY ENTERPRISE
The Bailey Program for Family Enterprise is a resource hub for family businesses and family offices to learn and connect with others dedicated to sustainable growth and multigenerational success. Workshops, certificates and roundtable networking events support your family legacy in the phase you are in–as you build, grow, transition, sustain and innovate. Expert faculty teach a leading-edge multidisciplinary approach to the 10 Domains of Family Wealth (financial and relational), equipping your family with the tools to navigate complex dynamics and thrive together. You can expect to learn about values and communication, governance, succession planning, investment management, philanthropy and other important topics.
Established in 2019 thanks to the generous gift from the Paul T. Bailey estate, the program is housed in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, and is the first comprehensive family business program in the Colorado region.
