Vision-Driven Storytelling Through Design
We are inviting a select group of interior designers to create bespoke visual concepts for Gallery listings. Your renderings will reimagine key rooms of each home to inspire potential buyers with possibility, design, and lifestyle.
Deliverables:
• A minimum of 3 rooms per listing
• Visuals may include renderings, mood boards, or styled layouts
• Room selection tailored to the listing (typically kitchen, living room, primary suite)
Compensation & Creative Ownership
Honorarium: $750 per room (minimum 3 rooms per listing)
• Prompt payment upon delivery
• Full designer credit on all marketing materials
• Inclusion of portfolio links and optional buyer introduction opportunity
