Daniel Chammas Highly Skilled Litigator Daniel Chammas is a highly skilled litigator with over fifteen years of experience advising corporate clients and defending them in the courtroom. Chammas started his legal career at McDermott, Will, and Emery after receiving his Juris Doctor from Stanford University Law School. He spent ten years with McDermott, Will, and Emery, eventually working his way up to partner. In 2009, he joined the team at Venable, an American Lawyer 100 law firm, with more than 600 attorneys in nine offices across the country.

He was personally involved in many “high stakes” litigation cases including dozens of multi-million dollar class action lawsuits.

Daniel Chammas has resolved cases involving every kind of employment dispute between employer and employee, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, unpaid wages, racial discrimination, and union grievances. Most of his extensive experience involves complex class action suits involving wage and hour disputes, and consumer class action suits.

Daniel Chammas began his career at McDermott, Will, and Emery, where he started fresh out of Stanford Law School in 1999.
