ANG BINHI PROJECT

The “Ang Binhi Project” application and website design is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering small-time Filipino farmers and improving their livelihoods by providing them with a platform to sell their produce at fair prices. The project also focuses on fostering sustainable agriculture practices by offering farmers access to a wide range of educational resources, including blogs, articles, and instructional materials. Through a user-friendly interface, the app and website facilitate seamless transactions between farmers and consumers, creating a direct link that eliminates intermediaries and ensures farmers receive a fair share of their earnings.

The same impactful photos have also been skillfully incorporated into my UI/ UX Design Project, “Ang Binhi Project,” creating a seamless integration of visual storytelling and user experience. By intertwining documentary photography with user interface design, “Tilling the Earth” and “Ang Binhi Project” come together to create a holistic portrayal of the lives of Filipino farmers, igniting empathy, raising awareness, and inspiring action towards supporting and uplifting these vital contributors to our society.
