What I Learned
In this unit I learned a lot of important things, like the good use of the telephone, that help me a lot to see who we use them, some tips to answer good the calls and avoid gatekeepers if is not necessary. Points to Keep in Mind about Blog, also the difference between listening and hearing and some environmental noise that affect our listening and important habits. I also learned how we can communicate by internet to have a better customer service. I like all the activities we work and my favorite was the project of created our own company.
