Kendrick Oil Company is proud to present the 2024-2025 Medical, Dental & Vision benefits to become effective on November 1, 2024.

We are changing providers, there is no automatic rollover of your coverage, so it is critical that you re-enroll during this open enrollment period if you wish to continue with your benefits.

Additionally, the open enrollment period allows you to enroll or unenroll as well as add or delete coverage for your spouse and/or children.

IRS rules do not allow you to make changes after 11/01/2024 unless you have a qualifying event, detailed on the next page.
