Work has begun on the new facility for the Corinth and Kendrick Head Starts. Construction recently began on the north building of the Easom Campus, according to information provided by Easom Outreach Foundation Chairman Samuel Crayton. It is projected that in August/September the entire operation for the Corinth and Kendrick Head Start will be
relocated to the Easom Campus. The Corinth Board of Mayor and Aldermen gave approval on the project last August to the Easom Outreach Foundation’s request to allow changes to the north building at the former South Corinth school campus. MICHIE, Tenn. — More than 2,500 reenactors will take sides and recreate the Battle of Shiloh during the 155th Commemoration on Saturday and Sunday. The two-day event set in the rolling foot hills of Hardin and McNairy Counties in West Ten-
nessee will feature daily battles, Civil War encampments, sutler area, 1860s food, an evening ball, Civil War music and arts and crafts. “We’re really excited about coming to Tennessee for the first time. Shiloh and the surrounding region is a beautiful area we can’t wait to work in,”
