“Beware of who you are doing business with,” warned the Mississippi Better Business Bureau after being contacted by a couple from Colorado over a $4,500 dispute with a Jackson company. According to the BBB, the couple contacted their timeshare company in Mexico to inquire about selling the property. other activities.” Local supporters Jett and Anne Wilson have taken part in the event since 1995. “Our presence at the walk shows our support for Oasis Medical Center,” said Anne Wilson. “It is encouraging to attend with others from the community and area churches.” Area church groups and all ages of walkers are encouraged to get involved. The three top walking teams from last year included Oakland Baptist Church, Cornerstone Christian Fellowship and Eagle Home School.
