Police arrest sleeping ‘fridge bandit’ BY JEBB JOHNSTON jjohnston@dailycorinthian.com
A Corinth man found himself behind bars on Saturday after raiding the refrigerator. The crime wasn’t that he ate too much, but rather that the fridge belonged to a stranger.
Andrew Keith Gadbaw, 28, of Chambers Street, was charged with burglary of a dwelling. Bond was set at $50,000. Corinth Police Department Capt. Dell Green said officers responded to a call about 9:30 p.m. from a Violet Street resi-
dent who came home to find a man passed out on his couch. “This individual had gained access to the home and consumed food and beverages from the refrigerator,” said Green. The resident was not acquainted with Gadbaw, who
was taken into custody without incident.

Board President Carroll Morton said the meeting will be open to the public. “This is a time for all board members and any member of the public to ask questions and hopefully get answers,” he said. “I don’t want any-
one to feel like they haven’t been given the opportunity to address every concern they have.” Set for 5 p.m. at the district office, Morton said he hopes the meeting will be a constructive one. “Every meeting we have had on the subject of school closure has been very useful and the public has always handled themselves well,” added Morton. “My hope is we can conPlease see MEETING | 6
