2nd murder suspect arrested Judge orders Traylor be held in jail without bond BY ZACK STEEN zsteen@dailycorinthian.com
Both suspects in the murder of Corinth store clerk Kris Ledlow are now behind bars. Brooklyn Traylor’s accomplice, Micah Allan Bostic, was arrested late Tuesday night hiding out at his girlfriend’s house in Ripley, according to Police Chief Ralph Dance. Bostic, 24, of 208 Cemetery Street, has been formally charged with capital murder, along Bostic with Traylor. The two men attempted to rob the MAPCO Express gas station on Highway 72 around 5:30 a.m. Monday morning. Surveillance video showed Ledlow reach for a panic alarm before Traylor opened fire. The 43-year-old store clerk suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and later died at the hospital. “The entire investigation went very smooth,” said Dance. “The investi-

Taylor was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, according to Caldwell. “Those three warrants actually led investigators to search another resident where we believe we caught a person who was in the area to distribute drugs,” said the sheriff.
Justin Lucas, 33, of Mantachie, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Investigators found 1.5 ounces of meth on Lucas. Also in the home was Hannah Gann, 30, of Corinth, who was also charged with possession of methamphetamine. “This was a large ring and we hope with these arrests those burglaries stop happenings,”

Calling all high school artists! The Magnolia Regional Health Center Lifesavers Relay for Life team is currently accepting art entries for their 2016 logo. “We would love to have a student-designed logo from one of the seven counties MRHC serves,” said Morganna Fisher, CLPN at the Magnolia CVT Clinic. “Our theme this year is an ‘Old West’ style theme called ‘Wanted: A Cure for Cancer’”. In keeping with the theme, high school students grades 9–12 are asked to incorporate items such as lawmen, bandits, spurs, cowboy hats and other things that remind them of western days. The winning design will be featured on the team’s t-shirts. As an added incentive, the grand prize winner will receive a free t-shirt as well as the opportunity to help raise money for cancer research when their original artwork is featured in the MRHC Lifesavers silent auction which will be held at a later date.
