“My first exposure to your company was KC Sterling. She contacted me within hours of submitting an info request online. KC has is an absolute rockstar in her position. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable and answered every question I could have thrown at her and immediately responded to messages and phone calls. Once we got onboarded, Angie Jean and our manager Mary Ellen Strebeck hit the ground running. My wife and I are moving to a different community therefore I’m resigning from my position on the board once we close. But before we move and I am no longer working with Goodwin, I wanted to make sure you know how your great company is being represented and how lucky you are to have an EXCEPTIONAL team from top to bottom. Mary Ellen was here today for formal site inspection and asked to meet for a quick second. As my wife and I are expecting our first child, she gave us a thoughtful baby gift basket with Goodwin onesies and other baby items. I wanted to let you know that Joe Veach has been a great asset to our small accounts team since he started. While representing the Goodwin Maintenance Team, he’s been involved in site meetings, board conference calls and has really helped us out, to resolve some long standing and complex maintenance issues. He has been very informative on these client connections, providing great insight and resource for our managers, also providing learning opportunities as well.

Aya kindly volunteered to assist with this task. To my surprise, and with no deadlines specified, she has already completed the task.
