THANK YOU to both Jarod Richards and Lyliana Brownlee. When I had called Goodwin & Company, I was on edge on whether or not we would be able to get the Resale Documents. Jarod went above and beyond to help not only us, but most importantly, our long-time clients. He understood the pressure that we were under and didn’t waiver in how calm he was even though he could tell how stressed out I was. Throughout the process, he was timely with communication and his updates, assuring me that I would be getting them by the end of the day. (We got them early btw!)”
“The 2nd hurdle that we needed to tackle was the inspection. It is not common to have inspections done the same day that we order the Resale Package, but Lyliana took it upon herself to drive out to the property, get the inspection done correctly, and send it back. I know that on a Friday
appealing to anyone, so thank you Lyliana for doing that for us! We have ordered plenty of resale packages from multiple vendors, but Jarod and Lyliana went out of their way to help me, a complete stranger with a task that they could have easily said no to.”

While representing the Goodwin Maintenance Team, he has been involved in site meetings, board conference calls and has really helped us out, to resolve some long standing and complex maintenance issues. He has been very informative on these client connections, providing great insight and resource for our managers, also providing learning opportunities as well.”

“End of year review of Jim Smitherman and I would like to say this has been Jim's best year out of all of the great years he has been with us, this
Cook off and Jim was able to get everything I needed and staged inside our amenity center we raised $988 for the Hays County Food Bank, had Jim not been able to get all the things we/I needed it would of not been a success. I submitted a bid for heaters in both restrooms and Jim told me " there has never been heaters in there the past 14 years, we do not need them we could save the $5,000 for something else", Jim's expertise is what we count on with matters like this as well as dealing with residents that need help with setting up payment plans to get residents caught up, I know in the past we had about $18,000 owed to the HOA and I think know it is less than $5,000 ( I could be wrong). Jim's knowledge has helped me become a better HOA
with, but Jim always shines through for us and the 803 residents. Jim helped me start our Garlic Creek 5K/10K race 3 years ago which raises money for the City of Buda Parks Department and I have raised over $11,000 for the Parks Department and had over 345 runners participated in the race the last 3 years.”
