Over the past 13 years that I’ve been with DB Roberts, I’ve been part of incredible growth and change, both individually and as a company. I started as a customer service representative in 2009, supporting our local sales team. I loved learning about our customers, their needs, and our business. As my knowledge and experience grew, I moved to a position in Inside Sales, then advanced into a role in Key Accounts. In 2020, I shifted into management and now serve internal and external customers as the Eastern District Manager. Through all these roles, the best part for me has been the people I work with – both our employees and our customers.
