1 Opening Remark From LTG Cindy Ngo
Greetings, CNH ! My name is Cindy Ngo, and I'm ecstatic to serve D37N as the Lieutenant Governor for the 22'23 term! Though the pandemic is slowly going away, transitioning into this new term has been a bit hard for me as I am still learning many things. However, I'm incredibly eager to show all of you what I have in store for this term. Finals and AP Exam season are just around the corner, and I wish you all the best of luck! Please eat well, sleep well, and study hard. Keep pushing yourself, do not give up because you're almost there! For all of my Seniors out there, congratulation on your college acceptions. If you got into your dream school, I'm extremely happy for you, and if you did not, it is okay! In the end, just know that I'm very proud of you for making it this far. My remark is getting a bit long now, so I'll end it here. Stay healthy and keep serving your community!

4 Street Chalk Art Festival The Street Chalk Art Festival was held in the Promenade Mall of Temecula, CA on March 12th, 2022. Key Club members of D37N gathered and doodled many motivating and mood-lifting photos and quotes. The purpose of this project was to serve the people in our community. We were hoping to lighten up people’s day as they walk by these arts that were done by our fellow Key Clubbers.

5 Kiwanis One-Day Adopt-A-Park
At the Kiwanis One Day Park Revival event, Key Club members had the opportunity to participate in a hands-on project where we helped our Kiwanians revive the Park. We were able to clean up the rose garden, pick up trash, and most importantly, we got to put up a new tree. It was great to see Key Clubbers enjoying the event. Thank you to the Kiwanians for serving lunch to the Key Club members after the hours of hard work. Overall, it was a great experience contributing to this project.

6 Student Art Show 2022 The Student Art Show was also held in the Promenade Mall of Temecula, CA. This event was also hosted by our Kiwanis family. Many D37N Key Club members showed up to this event and helped put up hundreds of students’ artworks from the local preschool, elementary school, and middle school. The arts were put up on many bulletin boards around the mall. They were able to stay up from the beginning of March until the end of March.

8 May Division Coucil Meeting (DCM)
D37N's May DCM will be hosted at the Harveston Community Park in Temecula on May 7th, 2022, from 4 PM to 6 PM. At this event, members will be able to bond by participating in several ice breaker activities. D37N will be giving updates on old and new businesses. Then, we will be presenting some awards to our members to recognize their hard work. After that, D37N will be introducing the 22'23 Division Leadership Team. Finally, members will be able to serve their home, school, and community by participating in writing appreciation letters for Mother's Day which will be donated to the Eagle Ridge Church. In addition, members will also get to write affirmation letters/cards to local High School students to help them prepare for the Finals and AP Exams Season.
9 DLT Application 2022-2023
D37N DLT APPLICATION Division 37 North's Division Leadership Team Application was released on April 5th and was closed off on April 15th, 2022. DLT interviews were held on April 16th - 18th. There were many great applicants, and we are very excited to welcome them to our Ohana! DLT result will be released on April 25th via Email. 22'23 DLT will be introduced at the May DCM.
