annette has served as Principal at Kay Davis Associates for twelve (12) years where she oversees her company’s day to day operations. The work includes the management of her full time staff and outsourced construction Project/Move management projects and personnel. The firm offers Space planning, Design services, as well as Contract Furniture Fixture & Equipment Sales and Consulting. “Ours is a niche PM service”, states Davis.

She has over thirty (30) years experience in the construction industry specializing in facilities planning and management which include her position as the Owner’s Representative and Assistant Director of Construction at Texas Southern University for over 18 years. Davis and together they have three (3) delightful adult children, Chelsea M. McElroy-Jenkins, Mitchell R. McElroy and Forrest H. Davis.
