Notes from the war

It was a trip to Chernihiv, exclusively to visit fellow UYA members Nelya and Daniel When we left, we brought a few more UYA members and friends to their designated destinations. r

At 6 am we left Kyiv and at 10 am we were already at Nelya's, where we met near the school. Nelya was, surprisingly, very lively and so positive, although she had been in the occupation for so long. They delivered all the things we should and prepared to return back home We took a woman whose house was destroyed with us.

And that day, for the first time since the beginning of the war, Nelya saw her mother, to whom we also delivered a package of medicine from UYA members. Both nights we spent in Kyiv at the school where our UYA members work, where it is safe to sleep and where you can eat and take a shower Oleh, on his trip to Chernihiv in April

According to my inner feelings, my activity in Lviv is not very different from what I did in Kharkiv. Here and there I work in logistics, the search for a humanist. Only in Kharkiv I was supported by volunteers from Kharkiv, and in Lviv I am more actively supported by people from the public sector, and it's fun.

I am very tired only after a few days in Lviv, because everyday I'm on the move. We also receive a lot of help from UYA members in Lviv.

In Lviv, of course, it is calmer, some kind of Lviv weather influences the atmosphere here. There is a lot of delicious coffee and traffic jams to bring things back to normalcy. I am trying to understand how humanitarian warehouses work in Lviv, because there is a lot of bureaucracy with this assistance. Almost the same as in Kharkiv, but slightly less. . t's a bit difficult to find a place but once I did it was great, because everyone is involved in the war and is actively working.
