If you Google “magic eraser uses”, you will find a few dozen more uses for the eraser that will make cleaning so much easer!

Trash Alert: Please do not leave trash in front of your door, on patios, or in front of the compactor. Violators will be fined $50 per bag! Need pest control? They come every Monday, so call the front office or come in to be put on the schedule. Have you received a letter from us? If you have received a notice that states we are missing information in your file, please make sure you bring in the requested information immediately. September’s rent will not be accepted if there is any missing file information.
