If rent is paid after February 3rd, you’ll pay an additional late charge of $100. You’ll also pay a charge of $75 for each returned check or rejected electronic payment. If a resident fails to pay rent on or before the applicable late date, or if the resident’s rent is returned dishonored for any reason two times during a lease term, the resident is required to pay the lease (market) rent, the required late fee, the NSF fee (if applicable), and forfeits the concession for the current month, in addition to the remainder of the lease term.

Chocolate Mousse Ingredients 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix 1 1/2 cups milk 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed Directions Prepare the pudding in a large bowl using 1 1/2 cups milk instead of the suggested 2 cups. Let’s keep our community beautiful! Please keep trash inside your door until you’re ready to take it to the compactor on the way out! This will keep the fines of $25 to a minimum and everyone will appreciate the effort! Please do not toss your trash on top of the compactor. Violators will be fined $50.

Please be aware that if you are caught not picking up after your pet you will be fined $50 for each occurrence.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE GRILLS WILL BE REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF IF LEFT ON THE PROPERTY. GRILLS STILL ON PROPERTY ON WILL BE MOVED TO THE COMPACTOR TO AWAIT DISPOSAL.
