Michael Syddall Girls Win English School's FA Aw ard

Michael Syddall CofEAided Primary School recently announced that they have WON the English School's Football Association Reward and Recognition Team Award for their Girls Football Team. This is a huge achievement and we are incredibly proud of our girls, the effort they have put in and the progress they have made Thank you so much to everyone for the support they have shown and to everyone who has voted.

English Schools Football Association commented

"The commitment to play football from the girls at Michael Syddall Primary School saw their football group grow from 6 members in September to over 25 players training weekly, thanks to the girls recruiting their friends With two teams, they have played 19 matches this season, lost none and 86 goals scored! The individual and team progress has been wonderful and the girls' desire to play more football has seen them seek out further opportunities"

CVJFCare proud of the girls (some of whom represent CVJFC) and the school for all that they have achieved, especially in raising the opportunity for girls to play football in school
