The last game of the season was the title decider between us and Beckwithshaw, both of us unbeaten for the season, I know for a fact that I didn? t have any fingernails left never mind everybody else!!
We finished the season with the annual Club Presentations:
Clubman: Archie Lawson
Most improved: Luca Royston
Coaches Player: Henry Yarrow
Players Player and Spectators Player: Rory Wilkinson
I would like to finish with a massive thank you to the parents for their continued support through this season, and I can? t wait to get going again for 23/24.
Bring on Spain in 2025!!!!!!!!
The CVJFCUnder 13s Finished in 2nd position in the Harrogate and District U13s B League. This has been achieved through hard work in training, teamwork in matches and by following our three Team Core Values. Attitude, Attendance and Effort. By following these core values, we have grown as a Team and the Top 2 Finish at the end of the Season proves that these Values make not only good people but Good Footballers and an excellent TEAM

The League Table shows how much we?ve improved against other Teams but as a Coach I find greater reward in the improvement the Individual players have made against themselves. The Results matter as it shows the hard work and effort the Players are putting into Training is working and this is satisfying for both the Players and Coaches at CVJFC We have achieved our Team Target of Promotion to Division 1 this year, but I believe the real success this Season is that our Players finished the Season as better footballers and people than they started it
