The Headteacher's CREDIT Values Award was presented to Joe, in Year 11. Joe is fairly quiet and always works independently and so sometimes doesn't get the credit he deserves As his tutor, I have noticed that he has not received a single Cin Year 11. From memory, I believe he has only ever had 1 Cthroughout his almost 5 years here.

"As his Food teacher, I have had the pleasure of watching Joe's creative cooking skills develop fantastically, particularly over the last year. Joe works in a pub, The Greyhound Inn at Hackforth, where he started by washing dishes and lending a hand in making desserts Joe now cooks more often at the pub as well as researching new dishes, which the pub has since added to the menu. It is exciting to watch Joe's Food knowledge and skills develop and I can't wait to see what he cooks next!"
