U9 Jaguars To Defend Cup

The CVJFCU9 Jaguars team are now coming towards the end of a highly enjoyable and successful season, as a team they have been displaying all of the clubs values and ethos and are an absolute joy to coach

With regards to training, we?ve been working on a number of different things to try and develop our individual skills and also our team play, these training drills include: spacial awareness, control/passing/movement shielding the ball and individual ball work, all being conducted in a way that the whole squad get the most out of the sessions but while keeping a smile on their faces and injecting a fun side to everything we do.

All this is reflecting on the pitch on a Saturday morning with the whole team putting in some amazing displays, which has seen us reaching the final of the U9s cup competition which we are defending from our previous season at U8s.

Watching the whole squad on a weekly basis with smiles on their faces and seeing the progress that each individual is making really is phenomenal and it?s an honour to be part of their junior football journey. This team goes from strength to strength and the togetherness they show is brilliant to see.

We?re looking forward to carrying this on throughout the rest of the season and into the next season as U10s. Martin Adams - Coach.
