FOREWORD
Football continues to prosper across the whole club thanks to the hard work of our volunteers. Some other highlights you will find in this edition are:
- Important CWO message
Advertisement
- More success with the club?s young, homegrown Referees initiative with, U16s (Jack and Harry) achieving their Level 7
- Danny Marquiss Football Academy announces partnership for delivery at Catterick Village

- Fund raising initiatives from players and squads.
It is my duty to highlight an area of real concern that I implore you all to help with, regardless of your position in our club community Welfare of all at our club is of paramount importance to the Management Committee and I, take note of the clear rules on use of the field for parking only, appropriate speed whilst travelling along the track and using the car park when making ?drop offs? . If this continues to be ignored, we may have to suspend access to the field for training and match days This would also likely result in the suspension of footballing activities across all ages too. Please help by playing your part in preventing this and advocate the rules to others
As many of us have been contemplating de-icing the car on Saturday mornings, Tracey Hanratty and family have already arrived at the Sports Fields, to set up the Pavilion and provide us all with hot drinks and energy boosting options from the tuck shop (a popular post-training option with all the kids) Thank you for giving up your weekend family time to keep us all from freezing whilst on the sidelines!
Recognition and thanks to Paul Hankin and Darren Rhodes for producing this excellent second edition of the CVJFCNewsletter which I hope you will all enjoy
Finally, a reminder that this community club is always open to ideas and support from you all and if you wish to get involved/support any aspect please contact us: info@catterickvillagejfc.net

Here?s to the summer and best wishes to you all,
James Maguire
