We can assist in getting an export from your DMS/retail CRM and importing it. We can also explain to your DMS/CRM team how to help keep records up to date.

The import tool walks you through choices on dupes, etc.

Can select one buyer to send an individual quote; that will appear in the buyer’s Activity Log.

Can send to up to 50 buyers for a marketing project (separate emails) each email is kept in that buyer’s Activity Log.

With login permission: you can add special pricing per vehicle (or can hide pricing).

Can add an attachment (credit application, brochures - Word docs, Excel files, PDFs, or a variety of image files).

Can select a specific template or type a customized message.

● In Resource Rack you can find brochures about upfits directly from the manufacturers. You can share these brochures with your buyers via TMP.

● You can share industry resources with buyers via the "Insert Resources" button on TMP. If you have Tracking Links enabled, you can receive notifications when your buyer opens those links.

● The updated Resource Rack has more features than ever, including a way to select multiple resources and easily send them to buyers via prospecting.
