Professional Development
Presentation: From Training to Performance
Gabrielle took the group through the 5 steps of a training design model:
• Identify the goal
• What do they need to do?
• Why aren’t they doing it now?
• How can we help them practice it?
• What’s the minimum they need to know to practice effectively?
