Earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Property Management demonstrated that you have a thorough understanding of how to oversee and manage different types of properties such as residential, commercial, or industrial properties. The curriculum acquires students with knowledge in areas such as leasing policies/consulting, legal issues, marketing and management strategies, tenant relations, accounting, and maintenance and communication.
