Winners revealed for 2018 Parade of Homes The Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs (HBA) announced the winners of the People’s Choice Awards and the Industry Awards of Excellence for the 2018 Parade of Homes. This year’s featured homes ranged in price from the mid $200,000’s to $2,800,000. 26 builders presented 36 homes located among 19 communities throughout the Pikes Peak Region for the 64th Annual Parade of Homes.

Industry professionals from around the state judged the homes on a number of features including outdoor living, floor plan, architectural exterior, and interior decorating.
