Things to Know Rental Rules & Policies

• You may decorate indoors and out; but please, no holes in walls and nothing hanging on outside of building. • Your contracted time will include decorating, planning and/or rehearsals. Please coordinate and book this with our Rental Specialist. • No linens are provided. If you need a referral, please request a list of CSA’s preferred vendors. • No open or exposed flames permitted. • No smoking allowed inside the venue. However, we have a designated place outside for your guests. • We do not provide an Event Coordinator, but will have staff on-site during event to provide venue-related assistance. • All personal belongings and decorations must be removed before close of rental. • CSA staff will clean the venue.

First, contact a CSA Rental Specialist and confirm your date is available. From there, we’ll work with you to coordinate payment of all fees and deposits as well as help you set up your event plan.

Booking Deposit & Payment

• A $100 deposit required at time of booking to hold room. • For Palm Room rentals, the full balance of the rental plus a $250 Refundable Security Deposit is due 30 business days prior to event. • The deposit will be refunded within 7-14 business days after the event if there are no overages or damages.
