PERFORMING ARTS: THREE STAGES AND COUNTLESS PERFORMANCES
The Festival came alive with music and dance across three stages. From professional artists to student ensembles, performances showcased our community’s talent and cultural diversity. These moments were brought to life through the invaluable commitment of our sponsors.

The Main Stage featured live music inspired by traditions from around the world. Performances included Sambacouver, Bakara Band, and Empanadas Ilegales, bringing rhythm and energy to the festival.

Sponsored by ML Emporio, this stage celebrated dance traditions from around the world. Audiences enjoyed performances including Scottish, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Mozaico Flamenco, and Tomoe Kai Traditional Japanese Dance.

Students from West Vancouver Schools’ elementary and secondary school music programs shared their love of music with attendees. This stage featured bands of various sizes and musical genres, as well as choir performances.

Sponsored by Park Royal, the Kids’ Zone was designed for families to explore, learn, and play together. Highlights included carnival games, circus activities, arts and crafts, and interactive programs from local sports and non-profit organizations. A zipline added extra excitement, making this area a favourite for children and families throughout the festival.

Food is at the heart of every celebration, and the festival brought authentic flavours from around the world to Ambleside Park. From Korean street food and Polish specialties to Mexican treats and more, our international food vendors created a delicious journey for festival-goers.

The festival was very successful and significantly busier and better attended than last year, while still demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. In partnership with Green Chair Recycling, the festival implemented zero-waste guidelines for vendors and pavilions, supported by dedicated recycling and compost stations across the site.
A bike valet service encouraged attendees to choose greener transportation, making Ambleside Park a place where community and sustainability came together.
