NEWS ABOUT Start of construction work Sales Room, Punta Cana Tourism Operation Strategy

In accordance with established schedules, we are pleased to inform you that we have made satisfactory progress in the development of the initial works for the first phase of the Cruise On Land project.

All of this aims to begin, in the first quarter of next year, the urban infrastructure works and the foundations for the construction of the building structures and attractions of the theme park.

In this last quarter, we have carried out earthworks and the preparation of the land necessary for the development of the urban infrastructure, as well as the areas destined for buildings 1 and 2 of the condo hotels and the plots where the attractions will be built corresponding to the phase 1 theme park.

We remain firm on our route, committed to complying with the construction and delivery schedule of the vacation apartments. This will allow our captains to enjoy, rent or live in the most complete, sustainable and innovative tourist complex in the Caribbean.

It is important to highlight that, during the coming months, the works will be carried out to clean the site, fill, level and compact the land, excavate the main roads, and enable key areas such as camps, warehouses and technical offices.

OPENING Sales Room

On October 11, the inauguration of our Sales Room was held in the beautiful region of Punta Cana. This event was attended by clients, the Cruise On Land team, representatives of the construction companies, real estate agents, allies and special guests . It was the perfect occasion to present the strategic directors of the project, leaders in the plans and programs that will give life to this innovative tourist complex.

In our sales room, you will have the valuable opportunity to explore the showroom with virtual experiences, the models of hotel suites and two- bedroom apartments, networking spaces and business rooms. In addition, they will be able to admire the progress of work on the land, where buildings 1 and 2 will be built, as well as the attractions and amenities of phase 1 of the theme park.

With the commitment to become an innovative and world-class tourist complex, our hospitality department has worked intensively on the detailed planning of the tourist operation of phase 1, scheduled for 2026. During the last six months, a highly competent team has led the planning of the pre-operation and tourist operation of the condo hotels, the theme park and all tourist services.

Strategic activities include the architectural and technical design of tourism infrastructure, food and beverage planning, maintenance and other key areas for running an efficient and safe operation. In addition, strategies are being designed in human resources, technology, supply chain, administration and finance.

The planning of marketing and public relations strategies is also highlighted to formulate and implement an innovative and multi-channel plan, with the national and international alliances necessary to promote high occupancy of the condo hotels, by tourists from international and national markets.

With these initiatives, we seek to guarantee high-quality, safe and clear tourist services for the full satisfaction of our guests and visiting residents.
