CONSTRUCTION UPDATE AT CRUISE ON LAND
Under the expert direction of Constructora ACF, as the Integral Works Manager, we continue to make signi cant progress in the rst phases of the urban development according to the master plan. This includes meticulous excavations and adaptations for the arti cial beach and the water complex of the Theme Park, as well as the initial phases of the service buildings.
Regarding the Condo Hotels, we are making progress in the installation of plumbing networks and other essential infrastructures, completing the foundations that will support the structure of the rst buildings in phase 1.
The formwork is in the nal testing phase. With our high-capacity concrete mixer and our highly experienced technical team, we will advance rapidly in the vertical construction of the buildings.
This constant pace keeps us on the right track towards the creation of one of the most complete, sustainable, and innovative tourist complexes in the Caribbean.

Our team of highly quali ed professionals, in collaboration with advisors and leading companies worldwide, is turning the vision of the Cruise On Land Theme Park into a reality. This project has been meticulously designed to o er a route of experiences connected with wonderful storytelling, developing an innovative o ering of fun, entertainment, adventure, and a diverse range of tourist services.
All of this is focused on satisfying the desires, needs, preferences, and expectations of all the family members of our captains on board, as well as our potential guests and vacationers. The attractions are being built to perfectly complement our lodging o er in the Condo Hotels, ensuring that every visit is memorable.
This initiative promises to enrich the tourist o erings of the destination, providing new, unique, and diverse experiences that will attract visitors from all over the world.
With the aim of positioning Cruise On Land as a top-tier tourist destination in the Caribbean, we are developing a marketing plan with a strong presence in international markets. Under the leadership of Manfred Schöbel, our Director of Hospitality, and his elite team, we are implementing innovative strategies based on market research for the design of the marketing mix and intensive promotional developments.
We have established strategic alliances with major tour operators and actively participated in renowned international tourism fairs such as FITUR in Spain, ITB in Germany, DATE in Punta Cana, in addition to promotional events in North and South America. These initiatives are designed to ensure a successful opening and promote high occupancy of the Condo Hotels, which will be managed by our tour operator, generating signi cant returns for all our investor captains.
ACRÓPOLIS BUSINESS MALL
In line with our commitment to optimize operational e ciency and enhance the service experience, we are pleased to announce the upcoming opening of the new Cruise On Land headquarters. Strategically located on the third oor of the Acropolis Business Mall in Santo Domingo, these facilities will not only centralize our operations in the capital but also facilitate the e ective integration of our various directorates and departments.
The modern o ces, which are currently being equipped to meet the highest standards of functionality and design, will occupy more than 860 square meters. This space will not only promote greater synergy among teams but will also o er a more comfortable and accessible work environment for all our employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
Cruise On Land thus joins a select group of national and international companies that already operate in this emblematic shopping center and business tower, located in the urban, nancial, and business core of Santo Domingo. Our new facilities will re ect our commitment to innovation and sustainability, ensuring a safe and modern environment that facilitates operational excellence.
