Synthetic grinding fluid, totally free of mineral oil, chlorine, nitrites and phenols. Forms a transparent Emulsion when diluted with water, characterized by excellent bacteriostatic, cooling, detergent and anticorrosive properties. TADALSOL S – 6320

Synthetic concentrate for machining and grinding, a high performance synthetic coolant, with excellent EP performance, high lubricity and keeps foaming in check. Uses the latest technology in synthetic coolant formulation being especially recommended for machining and grinding operations of all types of steel and cast-iron alloys, even in combined cycles. Due to its synthetic formulation, TADALSOL S-6320 has an exceptional capacity to reject foreign oils, with exceptional filtration capacity in any medium. In addition, its bacteriostatic capacity ensures a Long, cost efficient sump life, as well as a reduction in maintenance and environmental costs. Versatile product designed to be used for machining, grinding, drilling, threading and milling. Compatible with a wide range of materials including cast iron, steels, aluminum, plastics and composites. Very low foaming and oil mist formation. Provides excellent corrosion inhibition on the most common alloys ferrous and non-ferrous, non - staining even aluminum and its alloys. Keeps machines and tools clean by leaving a smooth, fluid film that protects metal parts. This film is easily washable with your own coolant.
