TADALSOL A 4

Water miscible oil / cooling lubricant suitable for machining ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Contains additives for the passivation of copper and it alloys for what they delay or suppress the darkening of these materials. Easily emulsifies with water, forming highly stable white emulsions, even with very hard waters up to 70ºHF. Using deionized water, emulsions lasting more than 2 years are obtained in centralized tanks with efficient chip filtration and removal systems of supernatant polluting oils.

The product has a high level of detergency, which results in an improvement in the machining conditions of some materials such as aluminum. To prepare the emulsions we recommend using water with a hardness lower than 500 ppm of CaCo3 and chloride content less than 250 ppm.

On some machines, the combination factors such as agitation, aeration and temperature of the emulsion, combined with the high detergency of the product can give rise foaming. In these cases, the foam usually disappears spontaneously after a few hours of work, this can be overcome with the use of a defoamer when preparing a new emulsion. Consult with our Technical Service for more details on this. The product contains a non-phenolic biocide with very low toxicity that ensures the biological stability of the emulsions as long as they are kept clean of sludge (through an adequate filtration system), and polluting oils. It is important that in prolonged periods without activity the emulsion remains aerated (for example bubbling compressed air or keeping it circulating), in order to avoid proliferation of anaerobic bacteria.

The product is free of phenols, chromates, nitrites, heavy metals, chlorinated additives and derivatives of PTBB acid.

TADALSOL 122 MHL

Semi-synthetic water miscible concentrate for machining, state of the art technology for emulsifying oil for machining and grinding of all type of materials. Formulated using fatty esters of vegetable origin with phosphoric esters.

TADALSOL A 950

Multi-metal soluble cutting oil. TADALSOL A 950 is a highly concentrated ester-based cutting coolant derived from vegetable oils with sulphur free additives. It provides outstanding lubrication capacity, keeping foaming in check even when working on machines under high pressure, suitable for all kinds of operations with different materials: aluminum and its alloys, steels, steel alloys hardened steels, titanium.

TADALSOL ST 3

Extreme pressure oil for machining operations, a semi-synthetic cutting – cooling oil with a low content of mineral oil, suitable for grinding and machining operations of all kinds of steels and cast iron. TADALSOL ST 3 is designed to work with medium-high hardness water, in order to achieve an optimal emulsion life we recommended to use waters of less than 40 ºHF for total hardness.
