Hello, My name is Rachel Kurth of Winthrop and Weinstine, P A , and I am pleased to share that I have joined the Jobs Committee in support of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School’s Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP).
In this role, I will collaborate with fellow committee members and community partners to build and strengthen connections that provide Cristo Rey students with meaningful workplace experiences.
I am passionate about this work because I have seen firsthand the excellent contributions Cristo Rey students bring to the workplace. Their dedication, energy, and eagerness to learn not only benefit employers but also equip students with the skills, tools, and professional networks they need to successfully bridge the gap from the classroom to a lifetime of success.
I invite you to join us in this important effort.
To learn more, please reach out to me or to Cristo Rey’s Director of CWSP, Kesiah Kolbow, to explore how your organization can benefit from a program that strengthens your workforce while driving transformational educational and economic impact across the Twin Cities.

Every year since the first graduating class in 2011
Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Twin Cities blends college-prep academics with real-world work experience by placing every student in a professional job one day per week.
Students from families with limited economic means choose to invest in their future by working while attending school a commitment that has led to 100% of graduates being accepted to college every year since our first graduating class in 2011.
Through the Corporate Work Study Program, students earn tuition support, build critical skills, and gain confidence, while companies benefit from motivated young talent contributing in roles from IT help desks to healthcare and legal services
