Celebrating the 100 Year Anniversary of the Lincoln Highway!
We are asking participating cities and
people to sign up at IowaLincolnHighway. org after February 28th or you can email me at DebRothmeyer@gmail.com and I will sign you in. This will eliminate the need for flyers. If you have any ideas that would help us out feel free to email or call me. We are also looking for volunteers to help us with the event.
My curfew was the street lights. And Mom didn’t call my cell, she yelled “time to come in”. I played outside with friends, not online. If I didn’t eat what my mom made me, I didn’t eat. Hand sanitizer didn’t exist, but you could get your mouth washed out with soap. I rode my bike without a helmet, I got dirty, I drank water from a garden hose and I survived.
