Our modules lead the participant through the sales conversation and are built around the acronym INSPIRE During the programme, participants will learn how to:
INVESTIGATE: Research the client using our meeting planning templates.
NOURISH: Feed the relationship to create trust, curiosity and credibility
SEEK: Notice buyers' body language and emotional cues that signify opportunities. Learn why the best salespeople are often the best listeners. Identify needs, probe for bigger, long-term opportunities, understand the impact and reason for change, and co-create solutions
PREPARE: Create a perfectly tailored proposal demonstrating value. Understand the unique selling points of the company. Use psychology, persuasion and influence techniques to lead the customer to a buying decision
INSPIRE: Inspire change through confident recommendation, using powerful words and techniques to increase influence and impact.
RESOLVE: Change the mindset around objections, foster the energy and courage to keep going and discover a four-step process to handle objections effortlessly.
ESTABLISH: Develop assertiveness to close the prospect and establish them as a customer

Jen is the founder of CreativeMind and delivers all the training. She has spent the last thirteen years working in sales, presenting and training and loves seeing people develop and reach their potential.
During her career, Jen has worked as a global sales trainer for FedEx, authored the Top Performer Journal and coached over 3000 people & teams around the world. She lives in Bristol with two young children, one middle-aged husband and an old dog called Scraps.
