This Annual Report summarises the research activities and achievements of the Cooperative Research Centre for Developing Northern Australia (CRCNA) up to and including 30 June 2025.
The CRCNA’s 2024–25 Annual Report highlights another year of translating collaborative research into real-world outcomes across northern Australia. Now in the final phase of its 10-year journey, the CRCNA has moved from discovery to utilisation, delivering measurable impact through 109 projects and more than 270 partnerships.
This year’s report showcases progress across seven research programs, including breakthroughs in agriculture and aquaculture, First Nations enterprise, health innovation, and water security. Over 5,900 people participated in training and outreach, strengthening skills, industries and communities across the north.
