Handmade at Cranleigh is a small retail craft outlet within Cranleigh Ar ts selling highquality handmade gifts, jeweller y and decorative items. It’s the per fect place to find a unique gift for a loved one or to treat yourself to something special and you’ll be suppor ting both local crafters and Cranleigh Ar ts as we take a percentage of all sales Items sold include hand-thrown porcelain tableware; ear thenware mugs, wood-turned vases, bowls and pens; wooden boxes and picture frames; jeweller y – gold, silver, beaded, knitted wire; textiles, including cushions, handbags and textile taxidermy. There is also a beautiful range of ar tists’ cards You can browse the display cabinets in our foyer and in the corridor alongside the Jack Wagg auditorium and make your purchases at our box office whenever we’re open

Reservations, Refunds and Exchanges We do not offer a reservation service, nor a waiting list for returns to sold out events Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis, although some events have an advance booking window for members of our Friends scheme Refunds of the face value of tickets only apply is an event is cancelled either by the promoter, the hirer, or Cranleigh Arts. We regret that we cannot resell returned tickets.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for all events
Family tickets are for parties of four people, including up to two adults (1 adult, 3 children or 2 adults, 2 children)
Seating Our auditorium is a flexible space. For some events extra rows are added at the front of the auditorium and when these are present the front row will be AA, the second row BB, followed by rows A, B, etc Please make yourself aware of the seating arrangements for individual events when booking and do ask at the box office if you are at all unsure and need clarification
Standing events will usually have limited seating available in the balcony upstairs (which is not wheelchair accessible). These seats cannot be reserved and are on a first come, first served basis unless advertised with a ticket price Please note that rows L and M in the balcony offer a slightly restricted view and are not sold for cinema screenings
Access Our auditorium is accessible by wheelchair and where an event uses raked seating, spaces for wheelchair users and those with visual or mobility impairments will be allocated in the front row. However, as it is a flexible space with a variety of layouts, it is often not possible to make wheelchair accessible seating available via online booking Please contact the box office directly on 01473 278000 and they will be very happy to assist We offer a complimentary ticket for a carer or support worker enabling attendance at an event Please note that wheelchair accessible seating is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis An inductive loop is fitted in our auditorium Three disabled parking spaces are available at the rear of our venue.
Ticket Levy All ticket prices include a small ticket levy This fee helps us to cover the costs of our administration and technology All published prices include the ticket levy and VAT where applicable We do not charge any booking or card fees.
