BALE DEWIRING
REACTOR SOLUTION
The Bale Dewiring machine removes wire strappings automatically from corded bales. The bales are placed on to the chain belt conveyor. The cutting and removing mechanism adjusts automatically to the individual bale size and density. The removed wires are packed and discharged to the bottom. Employment of staff for bale cutting is no longer necessary. The wire strappings are under high tension and may cause serious injuries when cut by hand. The bale dewiring machine increases operational safety by preventing such accidents. It is recommended to operate the bale dewiring machine combined with the tried and tested BB bale breaker. The material is unraveled and transformed into a loose and metered material stream. The bale contents are perfectly prepared for sorting without any damage to the material.The advantages are obvious. Spill over and exposure of sampling liquid is a perennial cause of batch rejection, reprocessing and various qualityrelated issues ultimately leading to personnel risk and lost profit. Their sampling systems are designed to provide automatic vacuum-operated safe sampling whereby a pre-established sample quantity is directly pulled into the sampling container in a closed-loop manner. At all times, the operator is in full control, safe and isolated from the product media. Their design is optical sensor powered and is offered with a clear sampling pot so that the operator can see exactly what is happening to the reacted substances at all stages of the reaction process. Furthermore, distributed control system operation is possible and unlike conventional systems, cleaning is easy, fast and risk-free.
