We have a bespoke training room which is well equipped, modern and is set out to complement an accelerated learning environment rather than a traditional classroom based environment. Tom Townsend, Managing Director Tom has over 40 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector and has been consulting for almost 25 years, he has extensive knowledge and understanding of how businesses are managed. Having previously been a plant manager Tom has an appreciation of the challenges a Senior Management team face and the importance of strategy planning and effective deployment. IATF 16949:2016 Senior Management Transition Briefing (2 – 3 Hours)

Overview: As a leader, your commitment and support is crucial to the success of your organization’s Automotive Quality Management System (Automotive QMS). This executive session highlights the benefits of an effective Automotive QMS and introduces you to the key requirements of IATF 16949:2016. Through this, you’ll gain a better understanding of both your organization’s obligations and your personal responsibilities. Upon completion, you’ll be able to develop action plans for implementing key leadership activities.

IATF 16949:2016 Transition (2 Days)

This comprehensive two day course explores the changes from ISO/TS 16949:2009 to IATF 16949:2016 and by attending, you’ll be able to identify the gaps in your current Automotive QMS and start planning your transition to the revised standard.

IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor (2 Days)

Location: Orbit Business Centre Duration: 2 Days Cost: £250 (+ VAT)/delegate/day Dates: 27th - 28th March, 3rd - 4th May, 10th - 11th October, 27th - 28th November Overview: An ineffective audit can mean severe consequences; resulting in process failure, customer dissatisfaction and regulatory noncompliance. Optimize your auditing skills with the internationally recognized IATF 16949:2016 and boost your internal audit capabilities. Gain confidence in planning and performing an effective audit; as well as reporting and assessing corrective action where necessary. This course develops the necessary skills to assess and report on the conformance, and the effective implementation of processes, based on IATF 16949:2016. You’ll learn how to initiate an audit, prepare and conduct audit activities, compile and distribute audit reports and complete followup activities.

Our office is a 20 minute drive from Cardiff. Head north along the A470 and our office is adjacent to the 3rd roundabout. After exiting the A470 take a left at the next roundabout and then another left. Our office is straight ahead and parking is available free of charge.

There are several airports that provide excellent access to our premises. Cardiff Airport is the closest (34miles), followed by Bristol Airport (66 miles), Birmingham Airport (116 miles) and London has several airports.

Merthyr Tydfil train station is a short walk away (0.5 miles) and has regular trains every 30 mins to Cardiff.

From the M4 exit at junction 32 and head north along the A470. From the north follow the A470 south signposted Merthyr Tydfil. The A465 intersects the A470 at Merthyr Tydfil and provides excellent access from the east and west.

London Heathrow (156 miles) is the largest and nearest airport in London. Heathrow is 2 hrs 30 mins away by car and offers a direct route along the M4.

Cardiff Central Train station is in the city centre and provides access to the rest of the country and has regular trains (every half hour) to London.
